As part of her ongoing partnership with the State University of New York’s Student Conduct Institute, Rebecca conducted a workshop for approximately 100 Title IX professionals from institutions across the country. In the workshop, attendees participated in hands-on exercises applying the concepts covered in Rebecca’s August 2024 Title IX Investigator Training. Working in small break-out groups, participants practiced:
developing effective interview follow-up questions,
writing accurate interview summaries, and
fairly addressing party feedback on investigation reports.
